Umm, before we discuss price, are you a cop?
Seriously.
I'll give you a few that apply in almost every industry.
1. What type of application (usage) are you looking at?
2. Is this for you or somebody else?
3. How did you come to your conclusion if it's somebody else?
4. What's your price range?
5. Have you been anywhere else?
6. What's your timeframe?
7. How do you intend to pay for it?
And there are more but I have to go out and get some beers; I just remembered I have tomorrow off.
