What can I do for more traffic to my site?

I've got a site www.newlibertyparty.tk, and I don't have a budget for advertisement at all, so thus I do my best to tell people about it, but I don't get much traffic, if any in a day. I know it's on Google now, because if I google newlibertyparty.tk, it will take me to my site, but I need real traffic, not 2-9 hits a day, I just wanted to know it you had any suggestions

3- make sure to design your web site SEO friendly. you need to use your important keywords in your title, description and ... Also you need to use H1, H2 and ... tag in all of your pages. Also you need to make sure your content is rich enough
4- Create site maps and robot.txt
5- make sure you are optimising your urls based on your keyphrases
6- Tactical link building and deep linking. Also make sure your web site has been added to important directories
7- Try to be natural link building and avoid to do link exchange with irrelevant web sites... Link from different forums, social networks and ...

Then you will see lots of visitors coming to your web site...
