I know this website called hypedrive.com that specialize in website promotion. They will post blogs,reviews,links,etc that will build traffic to your website. This of course will take some investment on your part, but for the amount of reach/exposure it creates it is a pretty good deal. A website has to have a buzz started to get visitors.
