What do you know about Paid Surveys on internet?

Have you had any experience taking paid surveys by internet? My brother in law, took one some time ago, and they sent him $5.00.
Do you know the name of a paid surveys that maybe i can take?

Opinion Outpost is a great place--I've got $10 so far, I believe. ZoomPanels gives you points which you can buy stuff with. American Consumer (I think that's what it's called) also directly pays you for taking surveys. I did one that paid $15 before.

I have heard that they work...I would try several and see what happens. It can't hurt to try. There is a .org site that reviews that type of survey work.

When you sign up with a survey company, normally, there would be some questions you need to answer. These questions are largely profiling questions to capture details like your gender, age, interests, products you use, etc. It is a normal affair so please do not be alarmed. Honest survey companies would never reveal your personal details to outsiders. Once signed up, they would start to send your notification emails to invite you to participate in their internet paid surveys. One thing to note is to use a free email account to sign up so that the incoming emails from these survey sites would not be mixed up with your personal emails.

I tried them all in some cases spent some money and result was that I a lot of times go scammed. They are a lot time consuming and they really suck. They give you a small amount of money and my suggestion to everyone is that don't go to survey sites they will just eat up your time and pay you (sometimes) nearly nothing.
