The first thing to concentrate on is your product. Is it really something people need? Is it unique? Who is your target market? If you have a product that you truly believe will enhance people's lives, and it's something new and exciting, you will find you will tell people about how it has made a difference in your life.
If your product is something everyone can use, then you are not limiting your market. I used to sell a women's skin care line, and found that my market was far too limited. I wanted something that absolutely anyone on the planet could benefit from.
Once I found that product and believe in it 100%, I started using the tools that the company offered. I started with my warm market, because they saw the difference this product made in my life. Through my warm market, I will never run out of leads because I am constantly helping my reps meet their goals. I also work the leads that the company provides. These people are looking to start a home business, have been pre-qualified, so that part is easy. I also advertise on the internet for anyone looking to either improve their health or interested in another stream of income.
I make sure I give out at least 10 cards a day, and sometimes I give people a little more literature.
I collect business cards everywhere I go, and if I can see where someone would benefit from either my product or business, I give them a call and tell them about it.
You would be surprised at how many people are already in network marketing, but not earning an actual income. I call those people to see if they are open to looking at what I have to offer. Many are more than open, and just looking for the right product to market.
If you put at least 3 hours into your business every day, keep in touch with your upline and take advantage of all the training provided, you can't help but succeed!
