Try free link directories. Search for a few link directories, check their Google PR on their internal pages, and if it looks like a legit link system, submit your link.
You can write articles and submit them to article directories. In the resource box you are allowed to put personal links. Careful not to submit the same article too many times. Google hates duplicate content.
Try adding some quality copy writing to your home page. Currently, this is all you have:

Your only content is an ad?? There is no way you will get any human edited web directories to host a link to your site. If you gave a partial tutorial on how to use Google AdSense to make money online or something, THEN you might have enough content for the search engines and link directories to like your page.
