Since your business is limited by people who can actually make it there, advertise as specifically local as you can.

Advertise in a local magazine. My city has a free magazine called the Clipper that focuses on local business that does constriction, remodeling, resurfacing, etc. I have called a couple of those businesses myself. See if there's such a publication in your area. If not, maybe you should start a small newsletter or magazine-like publication to promote your business. |

Networking with Realtors is a good way to get your name out to people buying land to build on.
Real estate magazines(if it is within your budget) give you pretty good coverage and they are usually free to the readers so people pick them up all them time.

A few ideas:
1) Flyers & Business Cards - Who are your customers & where do they shop (e.g. grocery, home improvement stores, etc)? Post flyers where your customers frequent.
2) Advertise Locally -- Newspapers, Craigslist, Yahoo! Local
3) Word of Mouth -- Offer a great service & people will talk.
4) Mailers -- Send out coupons, specials, etc.
Associations may be a good avenue to explore as well. These organizations will address many of the thoughts, questions and concerns you'll inevitably have as well as many you haven't anticipated yet. See the source box for some relevant links.
