What version?? The lovely automated phone system that basically says : "hold on 4 more time" or the wonderful and delightful people that stand or sit behind the customer service stations that are so warm & fuzzy that they gleam with happiness?? Really...cmon...what store or reatil enviroment have you gone into that provides you with "customer service"....this is a "lost art"....people just dont care or have a desire to help anyone anymore.....its really a shame cause so many companies and establishments "pledge" or "praise" this service but little to none provide this "lost Art"....... |

When someone actually picks up the phone and tries to help you. Sometimes lately when I do get a person on the phone it is almost like they keep passing the buck and transfer me to 10 people before I get any help. |

What is it now? no one knows..
What it should be? A friendly voice on the other side of the phone answering ur questions and concerns politly and complying with ur request without trying to sell u anythig or getting rude with u.
In person- A smile regardless ur attitude. Someone who is paid to try to make u feel comfortable without arguements.
