PPC(pay per click) is one of the SEO techniques used to get instant results, i.e., your site gets indexed easily and in a less time. Here, you actually post some ads relating to your website into major search engines and pay to the SEs for displaying them on the serps. Here you target certain set of keywords for which you wish to get the traffic and the visitors. And also you bid for the ads being displayed. ppc is not exactly the toughest process but is one of the important process.
It is a highly trackable marketing medium, where in the results can be measured easily. It gives high quality traffic in less time and also it is less susceptible to fraud. There are as many disadvantages as advantages with this process. So performing this task demands full knowledge on the concept and the process and the strategies.

Pay Par Click (or PPC in short) is a type of advertising where you as an advertiser buy a certain number of clicks to your ads. So you'd write an ad which contains a link to a website (which is selling something you get commission on or your own site/blog with a product you want to sell, or an optin form to get subscribers etc).
You then submit this ad to a PPC program, and pay let's say for 1000 clicks (=visitors), or pay for example $100 The PPC program will display your ad on its own and/or other sites.
The most known PPC program is Google Adwords although I wouldn't advice to advertise there if you don't know how to because it can get very costly. Although, people which are good at SEO and know the tricks of Adwords can make a lot of money that way.
I will not post any links or my recommendations here... you should be very careful about recommendations of people you don't know coz they just try to profit on you themselves... (sorry guys, but it's true). So do some research on Google, there is a plenty of free material there on this topic but do not believe everything they say... and often they talk about other people scams lol (especially if they try to get you to buy something)
The only thing I would perhaps recommend is to register with The Thirty Day Challenge (you can google it). Totally free training, no pitching, cool community.
