I have a bar with about a 250 person capacity with a great sound system and good crowds for live music on the weekends. However, the weekdays are slow. It is the only bar that offers entertainment in this non-college town of about 10,000 people. |

Do some weekday points' program (as it is here).
The trick is it should work only at weelnights, and the visitors can spend those points only at weeknight as well.
It can look like cards with checkboxes or smth like that.
Then it's the matter of your imagination what to offer on those pioints (free beer, snacks, whatever). |

The best idea I have ever seen: Post cards - beautiful, colorful pictures of your establishment {ANNOUNCING} the appearance of a live band, DJ, Social Group (male or female).
Raise your drink prices (50% - 100%) Offer 2 for one drinks 7:00PM to 10:00PM. Charge a cover charge after 9:00PM it comes with one drink (at your new price).
Avoid Paying for attractions and distribute cards where the attraction will draw interest.
