There is no "guaranteed' method to get visitors to your site. Nothing beats organic SEO. That is, build a site with great text content and use metatags (i.e. keywords and descriptions) to their fullest. Participate in forums and put your URL in your sig line. Comment on blogs and write your own without spamming, but direct them to your blog>>your site. Get links if you can, while avoiding link exchange programs. I have a lot of experience marketing small companies online (I have 3 companies). One of the best ways is to sign up at business directories and protals. These are basically listings of businesses (simliar to the phone book). The advantage is that these portals usually get a lot of traffic and they're ranked high on Google because of all the quality links they contain.
My favorite portal is called Directory Exclusive. I signed up a few weeks ago because they're giving a away a free business card holder when a person enter's their company info. I received it in the mail 3 days ago =)

NONE: good old fashioned organic optimization is still the best way to go, it takes a little work, but the marketing leads to real results.
Just do the basics: list with search engines, list in directories, use Web 2.0 social marketing, write articles, get a blog, and advertise in places like Craigslist.

I found there website through an article that specifically listed they as a good website that sells high quality traffic. I purchased 5,000 visitors to my website, and noticed the difference before I even checked my logs! I am so glad that I finally found a way to market my website that can be done quickly. I know how important SEO is, but they have to promote in other ways too. I know I've found a working method!
