Do some kind of crazy attention getting thing. Remember all those news stories of companies doing outlandish PR tricks. Well they work, and most times they are cheap. For some reason the news stations eat this stuff up. You then get local (possibly) national coverage. Just be prepared to possibly pay a fine or do some community service if the police think you may have violated a law or 2 (trespassing, disturnbing the peach, ect).

There are numerous ways;

1. Submission of quality articles to article directories on the web like ezinearticles.com and goarticles.com. At the end of the message they allow you to put a link to your website or blog. Its free!

2. Blogs - You can create blogs providing quality useful content. You will include links to your website from your blog.

3. Blog comments - Why dont you provide quality comments on the blogs that allow online users to publish their comments? Include a link to your website after posting. Free traffic!

4. Classified ads - Type "free classified ads" on the search engines and you will get results showing sites where you can advertise your site for free!

5. E-book - You can offer visitors a chance to download an e-book from your site that you created. If its useful content, they may share it with other people, hence free promotion of your site. You will have links to your site in the e-book.

6. E-zines - Capture your visitors e-mail and provide them with online magazine weekly or monthly.

7. Forums - Post intelligent answers on forums related to your website's content. Leave a link at the bottom of the post pointing to your website.

by commas. The "Title" should describe in generic terms, the goods and services, followed by a location from which the resource is located, i.e., city, state. The placement of a domain name which is not generic within the "Title" is not appropriate, unless your
domain name is a major recognizable brand name.

The second metatag is the "Description" which is

And the very last category - "Keywords" are also
somewhat limited to 15 words which can be plural

out the parentheses ("). It will bring up some 2.4
million+ search results. Check out where "Nazos.net"
is ranked. It's on the SECOND FRONT [ranked 15]!
Again, Nazos.net's high web presence was achieved by
proper web design and placement of relevant metatags
according to Google's publication guidelines.

The basic formula is to create quality content that contains the keywords people will be searching with when your site should be found. If you're selling sewing supplies then your site should have separate pages with an emphasis on each type of sewing product you sell and these pages need to use the specific keywords early and frequently. As the search engine bots discover your site, they will discover these pages and recognize by your keyword use when to include them in search results.

It's important too to participate in online conversations by contributing your expert opinion and advice. Always include links back to the appropriate pages on your site when doing this.
