What is the best way to go about starting to do business with the government?

I want to sell computers and computer parts to the government, but don't know how to go about starting that. Does anyone have any suggestions or books that may help.

Here are the steps to follow:

Step 1: Identify your product or service. It is necessary to know the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code and the Federal Supply Classification (FSC) code for your product or service.
