Number one thing to remember... Dont do it. Think about it. They need to deposit this sum of money, which they dont have, into a bank account, yours, but first they need your bank account number. Bingo now they have money.. Yours my friend.
Lastly, how can you win a lottery you never played. |

Great response was to REPORT as Shams to you Internet provider, I get them all the time too, and without opening them, they are reported. If that much money was available, don't you think there are other ways to handle it than using strange computer users? |

Just Google something like "email hoax" or "internet hoax" and you'll come up with any number of sources that will dispell any of these rediculous offers you get in your email. Remember there is NOTHING free in this world.......except God's love. |

Scam! One of the oldest ones ever. You actually should foward the email(s) to the authorities. I am sure the feds and the local authorities in your area have reports of this, but, sending them yours serves as a record of these criminals contacting you. Every once in a while the authorities hit the jackpot on one of these rings. Whatever you do, do not reply, nor, engage in conversation/ chat with the sender. You never know who the sender is, or, who's watching. Delete the crap, and, mark it as spam. Block the sender, unless the authorities instruct you to do otherwise. |

There is no catch. This is just a scam, plain and simple. People are gullible. As P.T. Barnum said "There's a sucker born every minute." |

They are spam. Do not respond to them, it just lets the spammers know that you receive emails at the address they sent them to. You will only get more spam.
If you forward them to anyone, it should be to your internet provider so they and try to catch them in their spam catchers. |

It's fraud,,plain and simple...I just went to a meeting,,where the Connecticut Attorney General was, and that's what they were informing people about. Then they want your account number of where to deposit the money...then they just go in and take all your money. Or you give them a check much lower than theirs and they still go in,,,because they have your account number....don't do it...lots of people are being taken for a ride...That's the catch..If it sounds to good to be true,,guess what it most definitely is............. |

The "catch" is that these are scams. They all require you to wire a percentage of the money, or a fee, before you get your "inheritance" or your "big win". Which you will never receive! Delete these emails! |
