if you're just looking for a domain name.. There's go-daddy which is probably the largest, yahoo..giblink..domain name sanity...the price is pretty much the same.. the cheaper domain names end in info..net..anything with com will cost around $7 - 10..

Cheap is not always good. I use GoDaddy for a lot of reasons having to do with managing my domain over many years.

I use them a lot, they charge per cent for bandwidth so the more you use the more you pay but generally bandwidth on websites are very little so it's really inexpensive even when I exchange my South Africa Rands into US Dollars.. haha

I would recommend godaddy.com, They are the largest and have the best customer service. As Banana Vortex said, "Cheap or free are not always good selling points."
