Having to open an account with a password for a shop I use less often than once every decade. I've taken to using paypal and google checkout as much as possible, because there's no reason to have so goddamn many accounts on websites, especially when I periodically forget the username and/or password.

Many on line shopping websites do not give the customer the option of using
USPS Priority Mail - they force the customer to use UPS.
Not only that - but some of them have the gall to offer USPS shipping - but only for Post Office Box addresses and if the customer has a residential street address in the USA - they refuse to ship USPS,
I find this very annoying.

I would say two main areas:
1. People like to feel, touch and see the product that they are going to purchase. Online is very impersonal
2. You do not get the immediate gratification that you are looking for when you do shopping in a mall.
