What should i do on my business? how should i market it?

I just started a formal dress website www.EightCowWife.com at this point i don't know what to do to get my name out there.

Name out where? To Who? Is the general public your buyer? Is your website quality indicative of the quality of your product? (no ...the picture on your homepage is 575k as just one example)

You have essentially started a business on a guess and now you're asking how to market it...cart before horse.

Also, you do not have true contact information (name, physical address, phone numbers) and are asking people to spend a lot of money.

Your return policy, especially for an unknown website is not good. All clothing sites allow for returns. Especially at your price point.

Your home page loads way to slow, the picture is just too big. I can't imagine how long it would take to load on a lower speed access.
