There are millions of methods. I see you're in niche marketing.
There are awesome methods to get traffic on Thirty Day Challenge site on http://30daychallenge.pinurl.com . It's a reputable site not a scam.
There are some important thing to consider as your audience, where are they coming, what are they buying, what are your targeting, etc. It's not just about putting your site and hoping the good magician will come and take care of everything! |

I would suggest a press release about your online store. That would get the ball rolling. Also submitting your website address to internet directories like dmoz.org as well as the top 4 search engines like google, msn search, yahoo, and ask.com. Many people forget about offline marketing, like your own newspaper and other print media. It mainly depends on your marketing budget. You can get traffic as fast as you would like to.
