Find the busiest places on campus where there is the most foot traffic, and hand them out, and answer questions by prospective students.
You can distribute them on billboards (don't use telephone poles) The coffee shops might let you, I know at my school they don't. But the career center might be able to scan one of your flyers and slap it up on their website.
