I don't know exactly, but I'm guessing when this whole war on iraq ends. Or if President Obama tells military to Pull Out and bring the soldiers home. Plus you see the economy works like a chart. sometimes it will go up and sometimes it will go down and when it goes down, getting up is hard and maybe a lifelong journey just to meet ends meet and when everything goes back to normal, I think that it have to take several years to fix because look how much damage President Bush did over his whole 2 terms in office and that was like in a 8 year span. so thats what i think.
