John, I have seen a serious ad campaign on Facebook (quite of a good social networking website ) exactly for the six pack training program and related nutrition products. From some secondary measurements, I believe they are having quite of a good turn-to-sale rate. You can get good, even excellent traffic if you first have relevant contents and second you keep in touch with your target audience. Create a Facebook group and promote it. It is a good source of qualified visitors.

Post them on a blog, and publish them to the many free article submission sites and find sites that syndicate them.
