Try your local enterprise trust. They should run classes for someone starting up in business and they will certainly show you how to draw up a business plan suitable to take to your Bank manager.
Remember if you are between the ages of 18 and 25 you can get help with starting up business under the Princes Trust scheme. The age limit is 30 if you have a disability.
