Google and a lot of digging. I did this for a while when I started my business but was so dissapointed with the quality that I found a local vendor that would guarantee quality and use him exclusively. He costs a little more, but it is worth it.
I had one company send me a box of pens and the ink was dry. Response? "What did you expect." Umm ... I guess pens that worked wasn't the right answer. |

When you say promotional, why cheapest? You can get a whole lot be searching the net. Even on ebay and buy.com , you will be seeing promotional products' adds! So, Let the search engines do the work for you, what say?!! |

I wouldn't go with the cheapest, they aren't very good. Take a look at www.norwood.com most of the products are pretty good. Then find a local sales rep. |
