In response to other poster, craigslist only charges for classified employment ads in 3 or 4 cities (NY, Boston, LA, SF I think??). If you're in a free city, I highly recommend it.

Actually, craigslist does charge for employment ads, but it's a minimal charge and about $25 per 3-week job posting. But, you can still post free ads in their "gigs" section.
