There are many free keyword finder tools. If you are looking them for your own business (website) then you may refer
https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal www.wordtracker.com or concern a good webmaster.
But as a webmaster, you are looking for these keywords... you should give a more try and time to study over this rather than collecting ready madee junkfood. Well, you have to sit and think about perticular site after analysing it and from very basic single and smallest possible relevant keyword, you have to write down the whole list.
For example, if you are doing SEO for Indian sarees, then you should make the list as saree, sarees, Indian sarees, sarees in India, bridal sarees, designer sarees, fancy sarees in India, Fashion wear sarees in India ... and the list will be go on... Make different possible spellings as saree - sari, salwar kameez-shalwar khameez etc.
Use long tail keywords to get targetted, direct and fast traffic of visitors because small keywords are more common and competitive.
Use relevant keywords.
In my concern, as a webmaster, your creative head will be the best keyword finder... :)
