I don't know if you would say it's the best, but you're able post your resume on Yahoo! as well as monster.com. Personally, I did that for myself a long time ago, and I never had any results come from it.

Another technique is to target your resumes to manufacturers of systems-built (modular) or manufactured homes in the area[s] in which you are interested and contact them directly. I believe this is better than the scattergun approach of posting a resume online in a general database.
