Ive done print - radio - submitted articles, posted on craigslist, e-mail blasts, affiliate marketing etc...- google beats them all - hands down .... here's why
1) they dominate the market - Google accounts for 70% or more of the searches
2) its highly targeted - if your selling blue yibbies - people go to google and type in blue yibbie and BANG your ad appears - you have a prospect that is interested in what YOU have and you have a pretty good chance of getting that click
3) time efficient - once you take the time and set up your campaign, you can manage in in 10-15 mins a day. Posting ads on free sites and sending out e-mails to friends is time consuming and wasteful.
4) Google adds credibility to your site

Post the on websites such as craigslist.com and ebay.com. Right an accurate description for the items and people usually like it if you include a picture. When selling items where I out a picture, I have made %20 more than i have without a picture. When posting, don't put too much, but make it informative and friendly. There are also websites where you can make a web site to advertise your products, such as freeweb.com. Go on there and you can make your own website. Advertise on well known websites that many people go on. Youtube, myspace, and even yahoo answers are some of the most popular websites people go on. |

Advertise on Google or myspace. Any online thing would be great; the more veiwers the better. I wouldn't suggest making a website, because unless people know about it, they won't visit it. Good luck whatever you do. I will update my answer once you tell me what it is you're advertising. |

I would have to say blogs. They are big business these days! For example, If it's mini bulls/bears you're selling, maybe a high traffic financial blog with HUGE reader loyalty.
People who read their favorite blogs feel a certain attachment to them, like they can relate and are VERY LOYAL readers! That being said, They trust what the blogger advertises.
For example, This is a fact. Nascar fans are the most loyal fans and are the biggest consumers for the products advertised by Nascar. Chances are they ONLY use Sunoco gasoline...This is the "trust" and "attachment" they have and support whatever Nascar(the blog) advertises. |
