Easy, because they can. It's a fine line between misleading the public, especially if they can say one thing but the tiny print on the screen can really tell the truth. |

because they can get away with it and have done for some time. They minipulate all angles of the system from banking to media to healthcare and charity. They are the Illuminati, they are the ones who dont just allow this but fund, support and make the false messages. |

commercial sell false advertisements?
not really - they sell the truth as they know it for a specific client.
unfortunately most american media addicts try to believe everything they see in print or tv , hear on radio or online = truth.

Every ad you see on TV (non-cable stations) is reviewed by their Legal departments and checked for accuracy and truthfulness. They will even ask for claims to be substantiated. NBC is particularly strict about this. This is why there are so many disclaimers in tiny type at the bottom of the TV spots. Cable is another story...their standards are far more relaxed...which is why the majority of the shout-y, too-good-to-be-true ads are on cable and not on major networks.
As an advertising copywriter, I can tell you that most of the ads you see on TV are not "false". If they are, they are pulled. A good example of this is the Lipitor ads with Dr. Robert Jarvik. It was discovered that he only started taking Lipitor when he was signed to star in the ads, and the parts with him kayaking were not real. |
