Amway has been around for many years, changing their "sales philosophy" many times throughout each year. The problem with being friends with/ or related to an Amway "entrepreneur" is that they want you to eat, sleep and breathe Amway products to support their financial gain/windfall/business opportunity. People despise this type of behavior. Unfortunately, companies with this sales philosophy destroy other opportunities available that require no product that people HAVE to buy in order to "change their lives as they know it." But, due to negative associations through opportunitiies like Amway, and such (sorry Amway, and Herbalife, and any other vitamin jockeying service)- people are often disgusted so much that they steer clear of valid opportunities available. Face it, there are valid companies operating soley online- and successful. Ebay for example. Who knew we could find our old "Inch Worm" ride/toy from 1974 and someone would want to buy it? Do not close your minds to real companies with valid existences that don't require you to stock super duper cleaning products all over your garage and in your kids' backpacks. They exist. But companies that have a negative association based on previous activities make regular people turned off. Which, in itself, is a disservice to upcoming entrepreneurs with little capitol passing by decent small businesses. |

I dont find any sales acumen in the people whom i came across trying to sell those goods to me or rather trying to give something which i never wanted. I did buy many items which i never wanted but in all occasions it turned to be a great sales man at work. The only thing i can see in these guys selling amway products is desperation, nothing more. With the very first move a laymen can smell the intentions, sorry but the world now needs charmers to sell things the user never dreamed or thought of having. |
