Why doesn't my site have any PR?
My site is almost a year old, has good keyword optimization, and quite a few links to it, but no PR! Why isn't it showing up?
Google explains that your page rank is determined by the number of one-way external links you have pointing to your site. These will have to be quality links from relative sites to make them worthwhile.
Your best bet it to visit their webmaster guidelines here http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?answer=35769 for all the information you need.

You need back links from sources that can pass page rank. I guess those page that linked to your site has no page rank to pass.

Is it PR N/A or PR 0? PR Isn't the most important thing in the world, but it's possible that your site isn't that good, or you might be blocking search engines from indexing your site.
Go to google.com and look up yoursite.com and it let you know if your site is even indexed.

PR depends on factors like site age, backlinks and relevance as perceived by Google. I think if you have a marketing site, don't get too involved with PR. better to focus on your SERPs position. The reason you aren't ranking is because you need to improve your one-way backlinks, try to find places to drop your anchor text links i.e. offer exchanges with other site owners, register and use signatures on forums, hit up other blogs and leave comments with your link, there are a million ways to get free one way backlinks, if you want a few more ideas check out this article I wrote with places you can get them, its called
