Let me guess. You're from India. Thing is, we have heating here in the North Country, so we can't just leave our food out on the kitchen counter. We also have animals, so we can't leave it outside. |

I lived in an Eskimo village, and in the winter I did occasionally leave some frozen food outside. This was because I would order food shipped from Anchorage in bulk. (I couldn't leave them out inside because I kept my house at 60 degrees F.)
You can't do it with everything, though. First of all, the village gets up to 70 or so in the summer. Also, there is a lot of food that you want chilled but not frozen. This is especially true for fruits and vegetables, all of which I had to have shipped so I had a lot to keep in my refrigerator. When you leave food outside you risk having a fox find it. |

Probably, it's not always snowy there. You never know when the temperature would rise. Even in Alaska, it gets warm in the summer in most parts.
Additionally, inside their house, it's probably 72 degrees year-round. |
