Basically it is private property and thus they set their own rules. First they will try ti figure out if they can make money out of you. If they cannot then they will ask you to leave. Only if you refuse or keep trying to sell without their permission, they might send the police on you.

If it's legal stuff, then the worst I think that would happen is Wal-Mart asking you to leave.
You'd only get arrested if you resisted or continued after receiving notice to leave.

yeah if your selling drugs, probably not if your just selling stuff and your not right by the door. but usually if you ask the manager they don't care.

Depending on the community, you may need a license. If it's charitable, or doesn't compete with Walmart you may want to ask the manager. I see boy scouts and girl scouts selling wreaths and cookies all the time. A supermarket manager might be more open to such a thing.

You may get fined because you don't have a venders permit.
Wal mart managers will ask you to leave and may call the police if you don't leave. Sell the pot to mothers who ae tired of their crying kids and lousy husbands who don't help out around the house.
