That's a very cute motto...I decided not to read the other things you added, because I wanted to give you an honest idea like you said, of someone who knows nothing about the restaurant. I would definitely eat there. It sounds like a clean cut place, somewhere I would be able to go and have a nice quiet meal with my boyfriend and the kids. It sounds like a place that should have respectable help, etc. Also, it sounds to me like a steak, ribs, chicken, etc place. Like Applebee's but maybe better food. Higher class or differently made and seasoned. I wish you the best of luck and hope that this restaurant will take off for you. You sound like you really have your act together! = ) |

Things I would expect would be like any other place...good service, variety, and great food!
The type of restaurant it reminds me of is a Olive Garden/Chillis type of place. Casual but nice...good quality food.
I think its a cool name. The place makes me think of great burgers and appetizers in a semi-fancy, yet casual environment (diamonds, grille). I would guess it to be decorated with brights colors and old Hollywood movie posters on the wall...maybe plenty of blue, silver, and gold fixtures and the wait staff wearing nice glam uniforms. |

I would expect top line grilled food. Fresh food from the season. I think top of the line because of some of the rating systems that give diamonds instead of stars. I would expect alot of mirrors and things that give you the relflection like ice would. Diamonds=ICE hence the reason I would do alot with the idea of ice. Lots of clear things, lots of water and ice, things to that effect with great grilled food. |

The name is ok BUT stratch the motto bc diamonds have no relation to food. However, keep it in the name and u can bring it out in your decor. Maybe have a blue, diamond shaped mimi chandelier above each table or something on the table blue and obviously shaped like a diamond. OR maybe have a huge engraved platform that sits in the middle of the restaurant that is BLUE, SHAPED LIKE A DIAMOND, and is where the BAR is stationed. Have your contractor put bulbs in it so that it lights up bright to create a major attraction right in the middle of everything. Pepole will think its cool to sit at the bar and look down at this amazing blue shining light. OH YEAH, order a diamond shaped brand to put on all ur burgers and steaks...wouldnt that look cool? |

Sounds a little fancy. I would expect expensive food there. I don't see why I wouldn't eat there (unless I'm broke). The motto's lame, but so is every restaurant's. |

Name isn't bad, but the motto is stupid. Are you grilling diamonds or are you cooking on a diamond grill. Either way, it does not sound tasty and it sound ridiculously expensive despite the fact that it makes no sense. Blue Diamond Grille, would give me the impression of a mid priced American faire that probably has pretty good food. I might stop. |
