No, I would not. Even though the raffle says it won't be a scam, I would feel less secure about it since the operators are probably not in my general vicinity. In fact, I would have no way to really know if they were even in the same country! Therefore, even if I won, I'd have no guarantees of being given the promised prize or what have you.
Also, a raffle is usually something I'd give a dollar for, for a good cause, but on the internet, if I had to break out a credit card and all...who wants to put a dollar charge on their credit card? And how could you regulate what form of currency everyone was using? |
