I don't think they do. I think the media says they do. People don't like illegal immigrants, regardless of where they come from. The media and ignorant have pointed their fingers at Hispanics specifically, so stupid people believe it. Hispanics are not hated, unless on an individual level, like so and so pissed off this other so and so. I dislike all illegal immigrants regardless of where they come from or their reasons for immigrating illegally. |

Racism is rampant in this and other countries.
I would hazard a guess it has to do with the fact that it's usually the "bad eggs" of a society that make the news, which tend to give the whole race a proverbial "black eye."
For instance when you watch COPS, it's usually the trailer trash redneck with no teeth and no shirt on getting arrested, so naturally you think all rednecks are like that.
Or you may see some news segment on a Hispanic or black gang and assume that all Hispanics or blacks are like that.
Lately I don't think its so much a hate of Hispanics as it is a dislike of illegal immigrants. The issue is getting confused. Some who want to make the illegals legal, might say that to ship them home would be racist.
The truth is, shipping illegals, whatever their nationality, home is not racist at all.
Basically, judging someone on the color of their skin or by one or two yahoo answers or questions is just bad taste. And stooping to that person's level is just as bad.
On another note... you might want to replace your keyboard, seems the letters: o, u, and e don't work very well.

then it was the chinese taking US technoplogy 80's
then it was the ALIENS when ET was big 90's
now it is the Arabs and the hispanics 2000+
it is bullshit but there will a new "donkey to kick"

Not everyone hate hispanic, just some people do, and those people usually hate all race. But I also know a lot of hispanics who hate Jews, Blacks, so it goes both way. I knew few hispanic who would say hate stuff about jews everyday. Racism is in every race.
It sucks people hate another just because of their race, but it happends, and there is nothing anyone can do anything about it.
