well its another scam...you give you bank details and they clean it out...anything that is too good to be true is..why would someone with 11m have problems raising 5K...any bank knowing he had that would lend it to him or a bridging loan company...give him the 10K na d that's the last you will see of it...some people only learn but getting burnt so try it and learn from the experience..
