I'm the happiest, or at least, most content person you'll ever know. I couldn't be any happier with life in general, and I'm thankful for everything. PS - I'm not some nutjob that doesn't worry, I just worry about important things, and forget about the rest.
PPS - I wasn't always this way. Eventually you realize who you are, what you want, what you need, and whats truly important.

Moods pass - sometimes it's just easier to pound a keyboard than give in and go crazy or do something self-destructive.
I'm blessed, lucky, in good health - and by that definition - happy.
I'm not happy all the time, but when I'm upset or depressed or sad - I have ways of getting past that mood and back to a healthier frame of mind. |

I'm happy i think that life is to short to miserable!!!! i think that if you make at least one person smile, laugh or happy a day you job here is going well. |

Of course there are. They are just busy being happy and answering off the wall questions. People just tend to take notice of the sad or "depressed" sounding things. |

I think that alot of unhappy people in life have surrounded themselves with unhappy and negative people. I think that once people have cleaned out friends that arn't there for their best intrests then they will be a whole lot happier. If your around happy people, then you'll be happier. A smile is contagious. |
