So is kissing. Just be careful not to get too caught up in emotion and do something you might not be ready for.

i as being a teenager of sixteen [almost seventeen] years do not see anything wrong with cuddling or kissing at your age. just DO NOT go farther then that. i know from experience that losing your virginity at a young age, is not fun! kissing and cuddling are so much fun, and you need to keep it that way, because once a guy has had sex, he usually doesn't care for kissing and cuddling anymore. |

Cuddling is definetly OK, and kissing is usually OK. But don't go any farther than that. Besides the obvious risks of STDs and pregnacy, having sexual contact in a relationship (even if you don't go "all the way") makes it a lot harder when you break up. At 13, relationships aren't going to last very long, so it's a bad idea to become to attached. It may seem like a good idea now, but you'll regret it when you break up.
That said, having seen your other questions, stick with the guy you know in person. Regardless of what people say, I'd much rather you be in a relationship with someone you know in person than trying to pick up guys online. |

Cuddling: fine, no problemo. its good fun, and isn't too serious.
Kissing: you're a bit young, yes. You may feel o.k., but kissing starts to lead to serious relationships and boys of 14 aren't mature enough. remember, boys grow up a lot later than girls.
