I quite understand that - I say sorry when someone barges into me! You are not mad it's just that manners are drummed into us from a very early age and we just respond without thinking it through. Try going into bank and get your money from a real living person (cashier) that way you won't feel so stupid.

Probably thanking it because it worked. Drew £200 one day, it didn`t produce the money and gave me a balance slip which had deducted the cash from my account.
