MichaelP, Inform your boss of the e.mail you received whilst at work, and let him/her investigate and sort it out.
Who knows what other 'seemingly reputable' e.mails they may send next, if they think you did nothing about this? and besides wouldnt the bank have told you this?

This one's been on here about 5 times, & the same answers keep coming up - it's not possible. The best thing you can do is quickly notify your bank, & hopefully they'll refund you. |

Its a wind-up my friend,there is something along the same lines in the security industry,if you input the panel code in a cross shape while de-alarming a building under duress.....it`ll automaticaly send signal to the alarm control centre,so alerting them to the fact....and so they call the police......i`ve since been told this incorrect.....and something just to reassure new personnel |
