My boss has the annoying habit of pausing to think mid way through a sentence. He'll say something along the lines of..
"I think we should........................ go with it"
The pause has been timed at 30 seconds on occasions. It makes you wonder if he's waiting for you to speak, but really he's thinking about what options he can use.

I used to work with a girl who had no personality. She had never been out of her home town, never had a boyfriend or been kissed and she was 21.
Her conversation consisted of what was on TV the night before, all of which she thought was "rubbish".
It was just me and her in the office, I was so glad when she decided to leave and go to secretarial college. |

In general many manager kind people I worked with especially HR people. Always think more about the business than people. Not much respect for those they are responsible for. Think they are the best thing God created on earth and always find a thing to pick on. Sending childish e-mails with subliminal threats and they themselves never fit the description the company website boasts about. |

all of them!! im the only woman and have to work with 13 men! (i work for a metal fabricating company and i do the accounts)
i have to put up with there fowl language, sarcasm, rude jokes (usually about woman!), terrible body odors, the smell they leave in the toilets, the pratical jokes they play on me all the time... and thats usually all within the first hour of arriving at work! god hell me! |

a guy who works here full of self importance. Whever there's a manager off he automatically assumes he is in charge and yet knows nothing! Also feels it necessary to tell everone about everything going on in his little life, when he's going out, where to, his new cds etc etc etc etc and how important he is. Ital all me me me me and don't forget about me.....how the hell could we? |

Can't go into too much detail, in case the person in question visits Yahoo Answers, but he's one of those 'look at me' types, an obvious attention seeker who loves to be the centre of attention and everything involving them is a big drama. You know the sort. |
