if immigrants can enter this country, get a job, support their families, and have a place to stay, then so can an american who doesn't need to show papers to get a job. my parents came here with no money in their pockets, lived in someone's garage, worked hard to get jobs and get their citizenship until my dad was able to build his own company. they did all that without a cent of help from anyone. |

i don't think begging for money is the answer(if that is what you are doing). get involved in church(if you are religious) or check into some local support groups. go talk to the job and family services agency in your area and see if you can get financial help(they may even be able to get you into college). you may be desperate, but your situation isn't going to change overnight. set short term and long term goals for yourself, and most importantly, stay off of drugs and alcohol. |
