I am an attractive girl and am attracted to a lot of Asian men however I find that they are often very reserved or afraid to talk to me. How can I deal with this? I don't want to be pushy because it is not my style. Any pointers?

Let me tell you the truth. Most Asian men only like Asian women, because they think they are more feminine than both white and black women. But they won't reject white girls if they are good-looking or have a wonderful personality. I think although some Asian men are more reserved than their Caucasian counterparts, which is a cultural thing, most of them are just as daring and out-spoken as anybody else. The reason for their shyness is probably their insufficient command of English, they simply don't know how to communicate intimacy in this language, hence they are reluctant to be placed in an embarrassing situation.
The solution to this is to make the first move, I'm sure they will open their minds if they become more confident in their English or you could let them know language is not a problem for them(but it might be a problem for you later on).
I can see people really believe the rumor that Asian men are "Small". They may look small on the outside, but a lot of them would surprise you once you get to know their "Inside". And some Asian men, me, for instance, really are the embodiment of "Bigness", I'm not exaggerating. Even when in some cases an Asian man is smaller than you expect, he is "Harder" than you could imagine. |

let me tell you Asian men do like white women,but the thing is they are the very shy type,they are confident in their own way but when it comes to women they are extremely shy,so I suggest that you will have to make the first move even if it is talking to them in time you will gain their confidence and then it is up to them to do the rest. |

Hey there Caligirl. My bff's sister(she's white) is married to an Asian guy(they have a gorgeous son!). Also, I have a good friend from Japan he likes American women too. The thing is Asian men are shy. Things in the Asian culture are only implied. Like, they beat around the bush and never come right out and say what is on their mind, they only hint. For instance they would say "I am sure hungry" instead of asking for something to eat. Very passive. You will definitely have to be the aggressor, sorry sister! Good Luck! |

Oohh! Ooohhhh!!! I'm azn! ha ha ha 100%!!! he he... ME? Shy? HAAA!!! No Way! If you ask anyone I know, they'll say I'm really outgoing... But maybe that's because I've lived in the U.S. for half my life. Also, I am NOT bossy. I admit a lot of my asian friends are... I don't know why. People at my chuch lived in Korea (yup I'm Korean) longer than I did and they're real nice, outgoing, athletic, and NEVER bossy. I think It's like a new trend there. Nowadays, Koreans are becoming more and more like Americans. My brother took a caucasian (white) girl to homecoming. (Caucasian has -asian in it! >.< hehehe!!!). asians (not all - there are exceptions) are into prostitution and enjoy the "no strings attached" policy .. they prefer to be with/ committed to their own culture and race who understands their way of thought (eastern philosophy etc.)
Any pointers you ask? ask them how much will they offer /pay you to play with their ying-yang .
ok just for the reason you asked these questions is why they want to stick to their own culture and race.

Well most asian people try to stay on their own track. I've seen a few asian men with white women but why would you want an asian guy?
And he!!, if I saw an attractive italian chick walkn down the street I would be very tempted to talk to her.
