they don't exist anymore and are not legal tender so you couldn't buy anything in a shop with them, but there's probably still enough around for them not to be collectable, sorry |

£1 notes are still in use here in scotland, i have 1 in my purse just now, they are only in use here in scotland. Dont listen to ppl saying they are not in legal tender, my son loves them we have to save them for him as they r running out. |

they're actually mostly only available up here in scotland, england have a habit of refusing to accept them in their shops. but they are slowly going out of circulation up here too x
