I just try to be a good person, meaning taking care of my kids and being there for them. My family comes first. It is my greatest accomplishment and I am proud of each of my children. It takes alot of work to run a home and keep it clean while providing for the emotional welfare of my children. We live in a not so nice world and in order to make sure they are prepared it is very important to have good relationships with each so that they can feel like they can talk to me about everything. Now that doesn't mean I'm perfect and I'm not going to toot my own horn. So with that said I start out each day with the best of intentions. We have good days and great days and then I have days that I go to bed and feel as if I missed the mark. The wonderful thing is that I have tomorrow. I do keep a clean home where my children can bring their friends and feel safe.
I love my husband and am devoted to him. We have a wonderful marriage that is a great frienship, and also full of intimacy. I'm proud to show my affection for him in front of my kids and we love to kiss in front of our youngest because of his funny reaction, he goes EEWWWW Yuck. I want my children to know that love and intimacy is a good and healthy thing between two people who are commited and in love, not lust.
I have helped grieving families during their time of loss and been able to help them when others can't because they can't know what it's like to lose a child. That though, doesn't make me good.
I try to be aware of those around me and just be a good neighbor. Being kind is so important. I just keep tryin and doing the best that I can. I don't know if that makes me good though.
I do wish that I didn't have a temper, and when I drive it's really bad. I'm working on trying not to call people idiots when I'm driving around town. So that's bad |
