I used to wake up every morning mad because I didn't die in my sleep. Now when I wake up I praise God for giving me another day with my family. Back then I didn't feel one way or the other about dying. I was very sad when my family members died. Now after having found a relationship with God I have a comfort with death. And no fear whatsoever. |

Not scared to die, but not very willing to do it right yet. I need to finish raising my kids, then enjoying my grand-babies. I love life as it is right now. However, when it is my time to die, I know that I will be going home to my Lord and Savior. |

I don't honestly believe most people "fear" dying. I think they fear:
A) "not knowing" exactly happens afterwards
B) That when they are gone they will "miss-out on something"
C) Not seeing loved ones and friends.
It is not like anyone has a choice we will all face it one day. The good news is that there is a great amount of comfort and peace in knowing Jesus. That there even more wonderful things to behold than even in the best of times in this life and that you will one day see all of your family and friends if they to believe. |
