And am doing great, I have lost over 6 pounds in Feb and plan to lose 6 pounds in March and then am done, I will maintain myself thereafter. Iam so proud of myself !!
To be more patient with my teenage daughter...

My new year's resolution was to quit smoking cigarettes. I am doing great, even with cravings, watching other people light up, smelling it, see empty or filled newport boxes lying around. But my teeth are whiter and I can taste my food. I can even run a little farther than I could before. I have however, gained a little weight. So my new year's resolution for next year will be to go on diet and exercise program!! |
