he did. all the evidence proves it. the only reason he's not in prison is b/c of a stupid legal technicality. if he's innocent...why was he found guilty in a civil wrongful death suit?????

There was nO Justice in that case. The vast majority of evidence (as reported by the news media) pointed directly to Simpson. A fair trial however is not driven by public opinion. Mark Furhman, the lead criminal investigator, lied under oath about an unrelated incident and the defense used that perjury to cast doubt upon any evidence he gathered. This caused enough "reasonable doubt" in the case to acquit Simpson in his criminal trial.
It is interesting to note that Simpson was utimately found guilty in his civil case despite the criminal trial outcome.
Pesonally, I believe he got away with double murder on a technicality. No evidence was publicly aired to point to another suspect and Simpson's actions reeked of guilt. |

i dont think he was stupid enough to do it, but I think he was defintiely involved....nobody stabs soemone unless its personal. its a forensic thing! I think there was wayyy too much evidence against him but they were so afraid of riots that they found him not guilty...cochran was great at adding enough doubt that they were able to slide. The main thign abtou trial is they need a unanimous decision and all you need is teh tiniest sliver of doubt to beat case liek that. thats why he was found guilty in the civil suit for wrongful death....cause we was guilty and the burden of prrof isnt as strong. |

Of course he did it, all evidence pointed that he did it, you see, there's different laws for different people, the rich and the poor have 2 entirely different sets of justice systems to deal with, lawyers can be bought for the highest dollar, which means justice is for sale to the highest bidder, meaning the rich can buy their way out of jail, where the poor have to pay for their crimes with jailtime. make sense now? Good, now reform the system. |

I believe he did, but I have to laugh because as I thought about answering this I also thought about all the questions about religion. There was overwhelming evidence that OJ was guilty. Yet there was reasonable doubt and he was found innocent. Yet everyone believes that he is guilty. Yet we have God and there is overwhelming evidence of his existence yet so many people refuse to believe in him. They deny God and his miracles, people sure are funny. As for Why I think he did it. How did the one guys blood get into his house? It is not explainable. |
