sometimes certain gas stations charge a fee (usually 50-60 dollars) just while they check with the bank and make sure you have the amount of money you spent for gas in the bank. Then they will put the money back into your account BUT you should still check with your bank on Tuesday and SAVE your receipt just in case. Good Luck!! |

Yep, I can tell you what happened. Unfortunately!!! The same thing happened to me! When you use you bank card at a lot of gas station now they post the payment as $75. When the funds come out they only take as much as the purchase they made but they still tie up that $75 until then! What a pisser right? It made me overdraw my account for the first time ever!!!! The good news is if your pretty good about not overdrawing your account your bank will usually credit you the first time this happens. Just BEWARE in the future when you buy gas with your card. I always just use cash now. |

I hate to say it but there really isn't anything you can do to straighten out this mess until Tuesday morning when the bank opens. Good luck though, you'll probably need it |

I would still try the lost card number and talk to them. |

DId you try to call the Arco? If you still have the receipt, they might be able to help you, and usually their number or at least address is printed on the receipt itself. |

NEED MORE INFO...assume they over-charged ? Did you use it as a debit or credit ? Hopefully as a credit card. If you did, then you can dispute it thru the credit card provider for the bank ( purchase processed by Visa, MC, ect)....If you used it as a debit, sorry, unless BoA sees their err, you're sol. |
