hourly rate: by the useless thoughts, or by the overall rate of lack of quality?
hours 'on the clock': time actually spent WITH the person, or time included after the event grinding your teeth?
method of payment: after the fact to shorten the duration, or paid in advance because you were not intelligent enough to know your time was going to be wasted?
withholding: $1.75 for every inane statement, or 5.5% for each long awkward pause, whichever is greater.

i dont see y not ppl in australia do it all the time the banks hate it ppl have actually sent bills to banks and other companys and be paid the full amount demanded .

It depends. They will probably be insulted or hurt upon receiving your bill. Also, I wouldn't expect that you will be able to collect on this bill anyway. Who would pay such a bill? I recommend that you figure out why you allow people to waste your valuable time. |
